1. Repair Services

• Diagnostics: We perform diagnostics to identify device issues. Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated to you before we proceed with any repair.
• Estimates: All repair costs are provided as estimates. The final cost may vary if unforeseen issues are discovered. We will obtain your approval before proceeding with work that exceeds the initial estimate.
• Data Loss Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Alpha Brothers is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
• Abandoned Devices: Devices left for over 90 days after notification of completion or quote provision will be considered abandoned. Alpha Brothers reserves the right to dispose of or sell the property to recover costs.
• Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on all repairs, covering only the specific parts replaced and labor performed for that repair. This warranty does not cover new issues, accidental damage, or software problems. The specific warranty period is stated on your invoice.

2. Product Inquiries and Sales

• Quote Requests: Submitting a "Request a Quote" form is an inquiry, not a purchase. We will contact you to follow up on your request.
• Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in product information, but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free or current.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Alpha Brothers. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

4. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Alpha Brothers, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
